The link between RemoteDX and EdgeDX is currently only supported for Windows devices, and there are no plans for future support. This limitation can be reported and upvoted on Uservoice. The "jump to device" functionality may still be possible by copying the device name and searching for it in the device details tab. There is currently no documentation or mention of this limitation being a known issue or unsupported in the release notes or knowledgebase. It is believed to be due to the ability for RemoteDX to pull the device ID from Windows, which is not built in for Linux/IGEL/thin clients.
