while setting Mail Scout do we need to create a new enterprise application or we should use the existing one? we tried setting up mail scout with creating a mailbox and using it to sign it into with MS Auth SSO. with i believe it sending delegate access request but not sure will it be exisiting controlup entra app or we should craete a new one? doing it with doc : https://support.controlup.com/docs/mail-scout
You could add the specific permissions to an existing app registration already in use for ControlUp, but I guess it’s more an internal question. A lot of customers prefer to have separate app registrations for different purposes, just to seperate out permissions and keys. So it depends on your internal best practices
