When attempting to update to 8.7, a user encountered an error. It was suggested they open a ticket with Support to have the issue verified over the back-end, as it requires a back-end change and the original account which first set up ControlUp needs to be taken into consideration.

when i try to update to 8.7 i’ll get this Error.
My User Account is owner
You will have to speak to support on this one, there is a back-end change that they will need to make. It’s a quick thing to fix though
Please open a ticket and we will verify the issue over the back-end
it’s not the owner that is shown in the Console. its the original account that first setup Controlup
