I noticed the following setting in the roles and rights, but cant seem to find any documentation as to how the remote control of unmanaged devices would work. Is there a light weight agent we can share with BYOD users?

Yes. We were rolling this out to production and decided to make some last minute usability improvements but unfortunately couldn’t hide all aspects of it from the product, including RBAC config. We are almost done and will be releasing this functionality, as things stand now, in mid november
