A user encountered a problem with a machine not being able to install an agent after re-appearing with an "Install Agent" status. The solution was to add the machine to the tree on the left and then use "agent control/Upgrade/installah" to complete the installation. This process worked successfully.

If I remove a machine from console and then it reappears with “install agent” status it will not let me install the agent. No errors, it just never initializes. Any idea what I am doing wrong?
If the status is “Install Agent” that means we see the machine from the hypervisor or EUC connection but it has not been added to the configuration/tree.

Add the machine to the tree on the left.
You can then right click that machine and do a agent control/Upgrade/install
