A user was questioning why they were not able to see certain details when looking at a session where the state is "still active". Another user suggested resetting the preset in the Session Activity grid and reloading the page to see all data, including a "last recorded activity" column. The first user confirmed that this solution worked.

So if i goto reports > Session activity. If i click on any session where state = "logged off" i get lots of details, including user and machine info
however if i look at a session = "still active" i get 2 things, diddly and squat
is that by design? why is everything at the top NA and why isn’t it grabbing and machine details? I know I can see that in the real time area of the session, but I dont understand indlucing "still active" sessions in the report if they are not going to provide any details.
Can you try this:

it will cause a "last recorded activity" column to show up.
I still had to reload the page after that. But my details started loading again
