Can ControlUp Remote DX be Installed on Dell Devices?

A user asked if the ControlUp Remote DX can be installed on Dell Thin Clients and Dell Wyse 5470 laptops – @member and @member confirmed that this was not on the supported list but that the integrated OS from https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-il/product-support/product/wyse-3040-thin-client/drivers# can be installed, with the RemoteDX, but not EdgeDX. @member helped clarify this, for which they were thanked with a beer.

Can the Remote DX be deployed to – Dell Thin Clients Laptops – Dell Wyse 5470

i know its not on the supported list but have a customer that has alot of these and have lots of users with latency issues the RemoteDX would help them with pointing to were the issue actually is

@member That version of the OS RemoteDX can be installed (also note I know nothing of how these devices and managed and configured). If possible, it open a discussion with the customer

one last question dose it also hold the edge DX as well?

Don’t think so, @member @member do you know if we integrate the Edge DX into Dell Wyse?

At this point in time, we don’t have EdgeDX access for the Dell Wyse devices.
