A user asked if the same licenses can be used for two organizations. For cloud, it is possible if it is within the same forest, although limited to a small development environment. For on-prem, separate licenses need to be created - however, multiple on-prem environments do not appear to be recommended.

Accessing Historical Reports with ControlUp Solve Trial License
A user was trying ControlUp Solve on a trial license and found the UI promising, but couldn't access historical reports as they were running an on-premise appliance. It was suggested that the user deploy the on-premise appliance and use a version 8.6.5 or higher, but that Solve on-prem does not have built-in historical reports. To access these, they would need to connect to IOP.

Troubleshooting ControlUp Solve / Edge Access for Help Desk Guys
A user had setup ControlUp Solve / Edge access for help desk guys, however they weren't seeing the same controls on their Edge machines as the user could. Syncing Between AD and ControlUp
A user asked about putting in place a sync between AD and ControlUp and wondered what the folderpath attribute should look like in their case. The universal sync script is the replacement for the CVAD script, and should be used for EUC. It was suggested to add an introductory section comparing the AD Sync and EUC Sync to the documentation, which the team is now doing. The link in the EUC Sync documentation was removed due to being deprecated. The updated documents can be found at https://support.controlup.com/docs.

A user was looking for a view of logon duration metrics where "disk transfer" was displayed in a bar graph. It was suggested to check the historical views for the session. After additional further investigation, the user discovered it only showed when the endpoint had Remote DX installed. It should not depend on Remote DX and is usually located in the Sessions overview.
