A user asked if agents can now self-register and not rely on an old CVAD scraping script. Another user responded that this is possible with the new agent outbound feature and built-in folder synchronization in version 9.1. This allows for self-registration against the monitor cluster. Am I understanding that we can now have agents self register and not rely on the old CVAD scraping script for our non-persistent/single session desktops?
I’m hung up on this statement here on the switches.

Yep, new agent outbound together with the built in script feature should allow you to drop the old legacy sync script

So built in folder sync will make sure computer objects are created and placed in the right folder, and the agent outbound feature allows agents to self register against the monitor cluster
Version 9.1 is recommended for this
