A user asked how to create a dashboard or report showing Citrix Workspace App versions for end users and possibly trigger notifications for upgrades. @member suggested using the Session Activity report and adding the "Initial Citrix Receiver Version" column to see the client versions used in historical sessions. Other columns can help identify the endpoints with the app installed. A trigger can be used to detect versions and send notifications, and @member or a team member may have more instructions.

Anyway, to create a dashboard or report that will give me the versions of the Citrix Workspace App that end users are running. Also have a trigger that would give a toast notification recommend that they upgrade. Because we have contractors working in our Citrix environment and don’t manage their machines, I can’t use the automatic update in the Citrix Cloud Portal to automatically upgrade them.
Hi @member, for the Citrix Workspace app versions report, you can use the Session Activity report. just add the "Initial Citrix Receiver Version" column:
and then you can see, for each historical session, which Citrix client version was used:
the other columns like Client Name and Client IP can help you determine the identity of the physical endpoint where the Citrix Workspace app is installed
Regarding a toast notification, indeed we can run a trigger that can detect the client version and output a notification
hopefully @member or @member or someone from our PS team can share some instructions here
