I’m not sure what your looking to do is possible with out of box triggers. Triggers are based on tables of data. In your case two different tables, Sessions for idle time and processes for memory. You’d have to use a scheduled trigger to kick off a script that would do the check. It would be 100% script and not a native trigger.
i was afraid of that. there are not "cross table" triggers huh?
Nope. When you select an advanced trigger you have to specify the table or record type.
