The user noticed that scripts that run as users are running from File C:\ProgramData\Avacee\sip_agent\scripts\ and two scripts from File C:\ProgramData\Avacee\sip_agent\scripts\temp\ are failing. The user inquired if anything changed and found out that the scripts are stored in the scripts folder, but are copied to a temp folder for the user when run in order to avoid multiple users running the same script. The scripts were working fine the previous week on 140 devices, only 4 devices had it functioning.

Good day
Happy Tuesday
Why do some scripts that run as users run from File C:\ProgramData\Avacee\sip_agent\scripts\ and i have 2 that run from File C:\ProgramData\Avacee\sip_agent\scripts\temp\ that fails. this is also the first time i see this temp folder
Did anything change @member
I can see if i run a script , it wil put th scrip in this temp folder, the script would fail as "The contents of file C:\ProgramData\Avacee\sip_agent\scripts\temp\ScriptName.ps1 might have been changed by an unauthorized user or process, because the hash of the file does not match the hash stored in the digital signature. The script cannot run on the specified system"
Also the script name will change everytime you run it
45dfc….ps1 – first time i run it
Run the script again , did not make any changes to it
new name c30b3e2f….ps1
run it again , name changed again … e04c39f0…ps1
This scrip was running fine last week and i did not make any changes to it
Run it on 140 devices only 4 devices it worked on
Scripts running in user context run from that temp folder.
Weird I have two other script running as user and they are in the default scripts folder
The user scripts are stored in the scripts folder, but copied to a temp folder for the user when run because it’s possible multiple users could run a script at the same time.
Ok I understand
