A user asked about giving non-IT staff read rights for the DEX platform and viewing the VDI/DAAS dashboard without logging into the console (server). It is possible to achieve this using SAML configuration. Error Inviting New User on ControlUp DEX Tenant
The user was having difficulty inviting a new user on their dex tenant. It was suggested that the user should have access to the ControlUp configuration console. However, it was clarified that this is only needed for the VDI and Daas part. The user was advised to open a support ticket to resolve the issue.

Understanding Cross Site Association in ControlUp
When the delivery group is in another datacenter, it may have its own ControlUp monitor which the EUC view only allows one site per EUC site. RT shows information but Solve does not. It is verified that the monitor is connected and available, but the user needs "cross site association" -- a setting to allow the monitors to share data between each other. Enabling this feature increases network utilization and has to be done manually. Differences Between Solve and Insights by ControlUp
A user asked about the differences between ControlUp's Solve and Insights. The user was told that Solve is the main interface and Insights will be incorporated into Solve. The user was told that some reports and functions are not yet in Solve and there is a separate license for Solve.

Investigating Citrix VDA Registration Issues with ControlUp
A ControlUp user was dealing with a fallout after domain controller patching impacting Citrix VDA registration. Yoni suggested using the built in machine action GP Update to check the Events pane for ID 14 and the domain membership script action for repairing identity issues, while other ControlUp SMEs were tagged for further help. Links were also provided to Microsoft articles for Kerberos and Netlogon protocols.
