ControlUp Dashboard Issue and Snowstorm Update

Posted on March 16, 2026

A user mentioned having issues with the ControlUp dashboard for disk space and uptime. The issue has been identified as a conversion bug and a hotfix is planned for release the next morning. The user is asked to send a har file and screenshots to support@controlup.com for further investigation. The conversation moves on to a snowstorm in Wisconsin and it is noted that the bug has been fixed.

Anyone else have a dashboard for uptime and disk space freak out today? 😄

must have been fun

is it back to normal yet?

Signed out and signed back in. For some reason still showing millions of GB and Weeks lol

Went to a different one and reloaded the one being weird and it went back to showing the crazy numbers.

Please capture a har file and send it over to support@controlup.com, along with screenshots

Also, export the widget to json and attach it as well

Hi Alex,

Did you send that email yet?

FYI, this conversion bug has been caught by our Dashboards team. The hotfix is planned to be released tomorrow morning.

Hey, sorry I got pulled away. Awful snowstorm in Wisconsin and had to dig out 6 feet of snow at the end of my driveway!

Thanks for the update on the conversion bug, still require that ticket to be submitted for tracking, or are we all set?

Oh! no worries. Hope you’re safe!

Ticket is not really required as of now. Just monitor the widgets again tomorrow and create the ticket if the issue persists

Sounds good, appreciate you and the team as always 🙂

Snow is cleared now, thanks to some nice neighbors. Waiting for spring 😄
