The user asked about ControlUp licenses – there are concurrent licenses based on the number of opened sessions, and pooling is used to keep track of license usage. For VDI, licenses are counted for each powered on machine. More information on this can be found in the pricing page on the ControlUp website (https://www.controlup.com/pricing/).

Hi, just one short question about the license.. we have 3.500 registered licenses. Does it mean we can monitor 3.500 active sessions or is it based on unique users?
It means you can monitor 3500 sessions (active or disconnected)
It’s concurrent licensing based on the number of opened session
A bit different for VDI where we count a license for each powered on machine
There is an explanation of all of this in our pricing page: https://www.controlup.com/pricing/
