The user updated to ControlUp 8.8 but did not see all the FSLogix Metrics in Solve and Real-Time Console. To fix this issue, the latest FSLogix version needs to be installed and the session needs to be logged off/on, as suggested by the Support team at https://support.controlup.com/docs/getting-started-with-fslogix-in-controlup. Differential disks may be the reason for the columns for Mount Time and Path being shown as N/A or blank.

Hi all,
today we updated to ControlUp 8.8.
Any idea why we don’t see all the FSLogix Metrics? (in Solve and Real-Time Console)
3 are not working:
• Disk Mount Start
• Disk Mount End
• FSLogix Path
Is a server restart required after update?
https://support.controlup.com/docs/getting-started-with-fslogix-in-controlup@member that might be whyThanks Luke, but still not working.
I’ve installed latest FSLogix version and restarted the machine.
Are u using Differential disks – if so that bath will not show?
Q: The FSLogix columns for Mount Time and Path are shown as N/A or blank.
A: Mount Time and Path are calculated at logon. Currently, we do not perform a redetect if the session was running when the agent was restarted or upgraded. To see those values, the session would need to be logged off/on.that maybe why ur seeing no data in the mount start and endStupid question but you already updated the agents to 8.8?
Yes
