The user raised a query about where a file would be placed when using the "send file" feature on a machine that nobody is logged into. Another user in the discussion confirmed that it can be directed to a specific user or to the console. A screenshot was also included for reference.

I tested in my lab and you can select the user or console. If you choose the user you see the following below where it will be placed. If you select console I only see screenshot and no way to send a file.
