I have been in talks with a customer that uses CISCO DUO as its SSO solution and would like to tie ControlUp DEX to this authentification solution. We have dedicated SAML experts in our company, however, none of us has yet tinkered with both, to combine ControlUp and Cisco Duo. Is there anyone out here with practical experience before we end up at a trial & error session? 🙂

our support team has a couple of saml specialists , not sure how well they know DUO but feel free to open a ticket and do it together with one of them on the line.

thanks – i haven’t talked yet about the tech specs with the customer, once I assessed the situation we’ll see how we go from there.
