A customer reported receiving a warming every other week, but Support found data uploads were consistent and fine. The Monitor Alerts – ControlUp Monitor Issues link needed to be updated, and changing advanced config setting should make a difference.

I have one customer that is getting this warming every other week. But when i check with Support all the data uploads are consistent and fine. Any suggests or other reasons why this mail would be sent
How are the advanced config setting for the monitor looking? Looks like we need tp update that link in the alert Monitor Alerts – ControlUp Monitor Issues

it should

changed it so let me see if that makes a difference
