The user inquired about setting different permissions for different groups, such as "Remote Control without user consent" for kiosk devices and "Remote Control with user consent" for other devices. It was suggested that the user have multiple roles, with Role 1 being assigned to the kiosk device group and Role 2 to all other device groups (excluding kiosk). The solution was confirmed to work for the user if the same set of permissions is applied to the roles.

One more thing:
I really like the roles feature since it’s possibilty to setup permissions to only a group of devices. Is it possible to setup different permissions to different groups? Let’s say "Remote Control without user consent" to kiosk mode devices group, And "Remote Control with user consent" to all other devices.
Thanks for your help.
A user can have multiple roles, so would this solution work for you?
• Role1 with permission "remote control without user consent" on the kiosk device group.
• Role2 with permission "remote control with user consent" on all other device groups (excluding the kiosk device group).
If these permissions are added for the same users? Then yes. Thanks a lot 🙂
Great, no problem!
