Some users are seeing the error "hostname .error_getting_domain" on their devices. Hey Josh! I’m not familiar with this error off the top of my head. Can you send this information to support@controlup.com to generate a ticket? Then we can investigate further. 🙂
Hey Joel, you bet. Its only a handful 20+ devices showing this on their machines. The more I was looking into one of the computers I’m thinking it might be a domain trust issue, possibly. Running theory. But I’ll get a ticket in!
