A member asked for the URL that the captcha uses when logging in to the Console of 9.05. Another member shared a KB article with a list of necessary URLs and ports for v9.05 login, including a missing Google one. The article can be found at https://support.controlup.com/docs/communication-ports-used-by-controlup-hybrid-cloud-eu-customers and https://support.controlup.com/docs/communication-ports-used-by-controlup-hybrid-cloud-us-customers for EU and US customers respectively. A specific article for v9 can also be found at https://support.controlup.com/v1/docs/90-communication-ports-and-urls. The issue of not being able to login without allowing through the firewall has been reported and a ticket has been opened to update the documentation with this information.

Hello All, anyone knows what URL captcha uses when login in to Console of 9.05?
Kudos to @member
my server is located behind the firewall and outgoing traffic needs to be open explicitly.
is there a list of ports and URLs that needed to be opened for v9.05 to login?
i get the login prompt, i login and then it goes to login prompt again
I am Not aware of a KB article with all necessary URLs and ports. There are some KB articles but the google one is missing (as of now):
EU: https://support.controlup.com/docs/communication-ports-used-by-controlup-hybrid-cloud-eu-customers
US: https://support.controlup.com/docs/communication-ports-used-by-controlup-hybrid-cloud-us-customers
v9 specific: https://support.controlup.com/v1/docs/90-communication-ports-and-urls
Yes it is missing and when not allowed through firewall no login is possible.
Opened a ticket that it should be added to the docs 🙂
