The Importance of DEX in M&A: Can ControlUp Detect Fragmented Packets?

Someone recently started working for a company with 1200 users and raised the importance of DEX at a roadmap session. They plan to showcase Control Up and asked if it can detect fragmented packets like Wireshark does. A member suggested checking with the Innovation Guild for relevant work.

G’day all – I recently started working for a company c.1200 users. Lots of big Architectural (Autodesk etc) Applications / sophos ZTNA and a mix of different NAS / SAN for storage)

At a recent roadmap session I raised the importance of DEX and following a recent M&A this has become more apparent. I plan to show case Control Up at some point but want to be able to focus on the key issue they have Slow Opening/Access of files over Sophos ZTNA … can ControlUP detect fragmented packets in same way as wireshark would

Not out of the box, but maybe @member can chime in to see if some of the Innovation Guild work is relevant for this
