Users have reported a problem with ControlUp QoS on MacOS, where the window disappears after a few seconds. ControlUp is currently investigating and users are advised to open a ticket for this issue. The affected MacOS version is believed to be 15.7.3 and the issue may have been resolved in version 26.2.

We have reports of ControlUp QoS on MacOS randomly running and not being intractable. The window will appear for a few seconds and eventually disappear. It only happened for myself once but we’ve received user complaints of it happening 3+ times. Any ideas as to why this would happen? My initial thought was that maybe this appeared during an update but it hasn’t happened before

I have also witnessed and received reports on this – i believe the person was on 15.7.3 – disappeared in 26.2 or has not come up yet.
