I’m AI-lazy. I would feed this event log and the associated files to Claude or another LLM of your choice and see what it comes up with (the files are crucial).

I have done that , Weird thing is the WER files are not available on the devices
Not a lot og help from an AI on this one
other i have fixed with IA but this one is just not giving me a real fix
Without the WER files it’s going to be tough. I would start with investigating why there are no WER files
