Accessing “Access Control” in ControlUp Edge DX

An admin asked how to give themselves access to the "Access Control" under Configuration in Edge DX. Access permissions have been moved to the URL app.controlup.com. A screenshot was provided.

I am looking to get permission to “Access Control” under Configuration in Edge DX. I am an ADMIN, but not sure how to give myself access so I can see it in the drop-down list under Configuration. Any help would be appreciated. See screen shot below:
