ControlUp users receive reports of both Edge DX and Remote DX. Remote DX is available in the ThinOS 9.1 release but Edge DX will not be accessible until the ThinOS moves to Ubuntu next year. Help troubleshooting why we can not update agents via the ControlUp Console?
