Some users reported an issue in the workflows with using + to add entries, as it does not list the added items and can cause a variable exists error. Another user was able to reproduce the issue and created a ticket for tracking purposes. One user thanked Abel for his help.

Beginning today, noticed in workflows that using the + to add entries does not list what was added. If trying to add again, it will state, variable exists. this is witnessed in many nodes with the + option. Also received this when original entry was an array and attempted to statically set.
