Does ControlUp Console to Domain Controller traffic supports LDAPS?

Posted on February 13, 2023

The user asked whether the ControlUp Console to Domain Controller traffic supports LDAPS. Additionally, the question was posed as to why the ports for Hybrid Cloud for XenDesktop Controllers and XenServer Pool for EU Customers is only 80, but on the other KB article it is 80/443. These questions were answered and it was explained that the port can be changed to 443 and customers need to configure the protocol field adding an (S).
