A user was trying to upgrade to the latest Scoutbees Hive, but received an error. After confirming that the process was running as an administrator, the recommended workaround of restarting the machine was successful. The ControlUp team is still investigating the issue.

Trying to upgrade to the latest scoutbees hive getting the following error
Sanity Check:
Running setup as admin?
yep did that
I got the same error. But clicking once on "Try again" worked.
tried 3 times
If you want you can check with ProcExp or ProcMon the open handles on that file!?
Maybe stopping "scoutbees hive" service and then "try again"!?

not done ProcExp or ProcMon yet but will try later

We are currently in the process of analyzing the issue. The recommended workaround is to perform a machine restart on the system running the custom hive.
