Several users discussed a situation where they received a "…Has recovered" email even without any failures. It was suggested that this may occur if a hive comes back online after being offline. It was also mentioned that there were no missed tests or failures during this time. The possibility of this being a bug from the past was brought up, but no resolution was found.

Is the scout across multiple hives?
no
separate orgs and they were custom on prem hives monitoring and internal server
Were the custom hives available? I vaguely remember having seen this happening if a hive comes back from being offline. Basically not running tests would not create a failure or success, but somehow when it comes back online it sees it as recovered. But I thought that was a bug from the past that was resolved.
Can you look at the test numbers e.g. friday vs thursday and see if you are missing any test results?
I see success messages at the same time the recovered email was sent. No failures or missed tests
