The team experienced an issue with automated Insights export emails being sent to all their users. After investigation, it was found that the agent on the license server was not correctly collecting the data and sending it to Insights. The export was deleted and a possible solution was suggested.

Seems its spamming all our users for some reason, out of the blue. We may have made a mistake at some point, but need to find where to turn it off….

thanks. I think i found it… I don’t recall creating it, (obviously i did) but have deleted it.
Weird how it only kicked off today.
Maybe there’s something wrong with the agent on the license server and it’s no longer collecting historical data (or sending it up to Insights)
dunno. What i do know is i’ve 50K plus users now writing up "please remove me from this list" emails.. :man-facepalming:
