Is it Possible to Disable ControlUp Edge DX Alerts Temporarily?

The user asked if it was possible to disable EdgeDX alerts temporarily – ControlUp responded that it is not possible without deleting the alert, but they are looking at adding it as an update to the alert system. The interim solution is to change the trigger level so it doesn’t hit the threshold.

Hello, is there a way to simply DISABLE EdgeDX alerts in lieu of having to delete them? I can’t seem to find a way to temporarily pause them for example. Thanks

@member There isn’t a way to pause or stop an alert at the moment without either deleting it. You could change the trigger level so it doesn’t hit the threshold as a way to modify it without having to delete.

We are working on some updates to the alert system and this is something we are looking at adding.
