Hi,
I’m receiving an email alert for low upload volume and I have already checked that we are connected to the proper outbound/inbound connections and nothing looks off. How would I acknowledge the problem or turn off the emails for this alert?
It is based off of the amount of data uploaded over the past 5 weeks. It seems that today is quite a bit lower than what we normally see from you. Sending you a DM
We can stop the emails. But they tend to be quite useful as a last resort notification that something isn’t working as expected.
