Machine/Computer Statistics Report Discussion on ControlUp
There was a discussion about the Machine/Computer Statistics report and the lack of "Max" columns. It was mentioned that the averaged metric values seem watered down and a user asked if there is another Insights report available for this data. It was suggested to use the Metrics as: dropdown. The aggregation for both Insights and the new architecture is the same - flat 24 hours or a selected timeframe, not taking into account a user's workday currently.

Missing “Max” columns in Insights Host Statistics report
A user reported that the Host Statistics .CSV file from Insights no longer contains the "Max" columns. They asked if there is another report on Insights that can provide this data. Another user suggested changing the settings to "max" to see the maximum values again. No resolution is yet known.

Troubleshooting ControlUp Error Message
The team discussed an error message that was appearing when trying to access ControlUp. It was suggested to check the URLs needed to access the service, SSL inspection, and network communication. Some URLs required for v9 may need to be whitelisted. A tool was released to test network connectivity to ControlUp cloud services. SSO for ControlUp: Covering Multiple Features
A user asked if setting up Single Sign-On (SSO) for Dex would also cover Insights and Solve or if they needed to set up individual SSO for those. Another user responded that SSO through Dex would cover all three and that Insights and Solve would be deprecated in mid-May.
