Using DEX API to Monitor Multiple VDI Organizations

A discussion was held about using the DEX API to pull VDI data from multiple organizations to display in Grafana. An API reference was shared and the need for an API key for each org was clarified. The user is working on a project to monitor the end user impact of changes and improvements to infrastructure. The MSP dashboard is still in development and the user is new to using APIs. Updates for Data Collector Communication in ControlUp 9.1

Reducing Network Traffic between vCenter and ControlUp

A user asked about the high amount of network traffic between their vCenter and ControlUp. This could be due to the SOAP-based data collection, which would appear as HTTP traffic. It was suggested to run diagnostics on the data collector to confirm, and to consider creating a ControlUp site closer to the vCenter to reduce data traffic.
