The Audit Log in DEX – Availability and Plans for the Future

The Transition to ControlUp’s Web Interface and the DEX Upgrade Plan

A link is provided for upgrading an existing organization. Starting in version 9.1, the console will require authentication in Dex first. It is suggested to plan for the upgrade sooner rather than later. Some users prefer Solve over Dex, but the transition is in the best interest of customers. It is possible for long-time users to continue using the RT console. The move to Dex allows for a single web interface. ControlUp's stance on putting customers first is reiterated. A meeting is offered to gather feedback on the topic. Using SAML is considered a best practice for the improved user experience.

Troubleshooting Script Execution Issues in ControlUp Agents

There were reported issues with script execution on ControlUp Agents within an organization. Errors were received when executing specific scripts, but not when using the Realtime Console. The problem may be with ControlUp monitor servers. For now, a workaround is to stop the affected monitors, delete the ControlUp Store.xml file, and restart the monitor. This is a known issue and will be addressed in a future release. The issue is documented as VSO 155910 and 158919.
