ControlUp Solve Computer Trends can display this in two charts, but the user would like the same list in a single graph, over a given period, which is not possible with just Insights. Customizing Widgets and New Analytics in ControlUp Solve
The conversation began with customers asking for the ability to filter applications in widgets, blacklisting or whitelisting them. ControlUp is now excluding ControlUp processes and allowing customization of widgets in the upcoming Solve release. In addition, there will soon be a new analytic report for machines with high CPU. Finally, users can use Export-CuQuery to create a workaround to get data on applications crashing or hanging.

Finding Out About SSO Integration for ControlUp Products
A user asked about SSO integration with Solve and Insights, as well as the integration of Scout Bees and whether it is necessary to configure Solve and Insights separately with the IDP. The user was informed that Solve and Insight can be accessed via Solve, and that Insights will be ported over into Solve, with the data upload process and dependency on s3 being removed. An update is expected in about a week or two, and the user was advised to contact their CSM or sales team for more unofficial details.

Clarifying ControlUp Edge DX and Remote DX Use Cases
Paul asked for clarification between ControlUp Edge DX and Remote DX and their use cases. EdgeDX is a standalone agent and RemoteDX is a plugin to Citrix Workspace/Horizon Client. Paul wants to get data from sessions, and tested with Mac, where EdgeDX data was visible but not data was visible in session views. RemoteDX was installed but did not show data in the session view. How to Zoom Out to a Host in ControlUp Console

Anyone have experience with ControlUp Edge DX & XenApp provisioned TS / VDI?
A user asked about experience with EdgeDX and XenApp provisioned TS/VDI and was recommended to deploy RealTimeDX instead due to its stateless nature and the fact that it will need rebooting to change the device ID and lose historical reports. To overcome this for Teams Monitoring, the user could install the EdgeDX Agent with a known switch, make a hardcoded link from the C and D drives, and set the custom RegisterWithDeviceName setting to be true. The user then asked if this was officially supported and if it would be coming to EdgeDX or Realtime/Solve, and was told that it is very interesting.

Don’t see local network drive mappings as we are used to see when connecting trough traditional RDP or other RDP managers in ControlUp
A user reported that UNC mapped drives do not appear in the Remote Desktop feature from the Realtime Console, even when the "Drives" option is enabled in the configuration. It was confirmed by @member and understood that waiting on the implementation in Solve in necessary. The user suggested an additional master setting that would allow admins to control pasting in and out of RDP sessions if they wish.

Any plans to add Script Actions to ControlUp Solve like you can do currently in the Console?
This Slack discussion discussed the new Script Actions feature on ControlUp version 8.7, with a user having issues running them from Solve. A ticket with support will be opened and it was suggested that it could be related to logging in with a different UPN.
