Troubleshooting Network Issues with ControlUp Edge DX
When remotely controlling an Igel Client with Controlup Edge DX, a user ran into an issue with the 100MB limit for retrieving files. They were directed to use the 'User Voice' feature to submit their feedback after clicking Oliver in Solve. Voting on other ideas is also available to help prioritize features.

IGEL Partition Persistence and Auto Updates Confirmed
The user was asking if an IGEL custom partition for Edge-DX persists reboots and auto updates, and both are confirmed. The upcoming OS12 app portal app will also auto update depending on UMS settings, and customers just need to check the “auto update” box.
