A user suggested having a floating window with the processes of a user when the "Navigation to sessions/overview" is clicked, as a way to check for CPU, RAM, disk or network spikes when their "User Input Delay" exceeds a certain threshold. Another user suggested using the „dump views to disk” follow-up action in triggers as an alternative. This follow-up action can be used to select the views needed and create CSVs or XLS files for further investigation. Information about this can be found at https://support.controlup.com/docs/setting-up-triggers.

Troubleshooting ControlUp Trigger Not Working
A user was having trouble with their trigger not working, and questions were raised about setting values and checking boxes. It was suggested to remove "from this state" as it was optional, and to try setting a filter of from: greater than 30 to: less than or equal to 30. It was also noted that in the upcoming release of 9.0, this feature of seeing free space for mapped drives and being able to alert on them would be available. Finally, it was suggested to remove "from this state" and check if the monitor had to be restarted.

Can I remove\organize\curate the list of ControlUp Script Actions in the right-click context menu?
The user asked about curating the right-click action list in ControlUp - by using a prefix with the company and script name, the scripts can be filtered and found more easily in the Console. Renaming a community script with a prefix may orphan it from future updates. Virtual Expert rules can also be used to organize the columns. The user also mentioned using Site Monitor on a trigger to dump a CSV onto a share.

EUC Environment Cloud Connection Disconnection Issues with ControlUp
Users are experiencing multiple disconnects/reconnects with their EUC Environment cloud connection daily which is causing issues in the ControlUp console, false reports of failed desktops, and data disappearing when navigating Solve. A ticket was raised four years ago but no resolution has been provided. Support suggested rebooting data collectors and adding resources but it is believed the issue lays with Citrix's API blocking connections. ControlUp is actively working with Citrix to resolve the issue.

Another response offered an alternative, recommending using the search feature with | in between the names in the console. It appears that there is no known limitation here.

Tackling Peak User Input Delay (secs) with ControlUp
Trentent gave advice seeking to identify why application performance on physical machines had a peak user input delay up to 15 seconds - the default trigger priority boost for processes has a threshold of 300ms. Edge DX was installed and CPU spikes were not observed. It was fixed in the Beta 2 for Windows and can be due to any number of causes such as latency with proxies and disk issues. User input delay can be inspected with the newest agent.

Tracking Stress Levels of Delivery Groups in ControlUp
A user asked about a metric that would help track stress levels of delivery groups for computers, but they couldn't find anything similar under folders. Another user suggested that the load was determined by the number of sessions the server can handle. The user thanked the other user for their insight and mentioned their drive with page file and RAM cache can only host 7-11 users on different sites.

Troubleshooting a Trigger to Delete Profiles in ControlUp
A user was trying to set up a trigger that would delete profiles older than one day if disk space drops below 10%, but the trigger wouldn't run. It turned out that it needed to be set up to delete at an exact threshold (e.g., 10%), and not a range (e.g., 9% to 11%). The user enabled an email alert to confirm the CU was picking up the trigger, and adjusted the settings so it would run below their personal threshold.
