A user asked how long it takes for a script action to be available in the Web Console after creating it in the Realtime Console, and another user responded that it usually takes a few seconds. If the issue persists, instructions were given for a potential solution and to contact support. The process of updating and running the new version of a script on the Web Console was also discussed. The user found that the new version was not immediately populated, but refreshing the web console and using the Save Configuration feature may help in this process. Support can be contacted at support@controlup.com if necessary.

After creating a script based action in the Realtime Console, how long does it take before that script action is available to use in the Web Console.
Hi Greg,
Usually a few seconds, assuming permissions are correct.
If, for the same record type, the script is available to you in the Real-Time Console, and not in the web: Restart your monitor cluster
If issue persists, open a ticket with support@controlup.com
Other question is if the script is updated, how can I tell that it will run the new version of the script. I got it to appear, but after updating it, it seems to be running the old version.
After I refreshed the web console I saw the script action appear.
The new version should be populated through your monitor cluster immediately. That being said, there might be some delay posting the change to the backend.
Sometimes, File -> Save Configuration from the Console may help in this process
