A user was having issues with only one out of three sites being displayed in Solve Discovery. Another user suggested checking the data sources in the console and reaching out to support with a screenshot if necessary. The user thanked them for their help.

Hi All,
In solve discovery, only one out of three sites and its data is displayed, not being able to see other two sites and its farms and machines
Any suggestions?
In the console, under monitor settings, what status shows under data sources. Do all sites show up as assigned to a monitor and do the monitors show the sites as connected?
Out of three sites, two are connected, coresponding monitors are also displayed, and one shows that it is not available.
You’ll want to reach out to support. Be sure to mention that you’re missing 2 out of 3 EUC sites in Solve and include the screenshot. Feel free to CC me and I’ll add some notes as well
