A user asked how they could view and add Event ID’s 1864, 1869, 1311, 1312, 1326, 2042, 2095, 2098, 4602, and 4604: these are errors or warnings and need to be set up with triggers to create alerts. The alerts will appear in the Incidents section and emails will be sent if a follow-up action is set up.

Are those errors or warnings? ControlUp doesn’t collect informational events.
You need to create triggers if you looking to alert on those.

Happy Friday! I added the Event ID’s from the triggers but where will I find the alerts from it? Will it show from Incidents or Events?
