A user asked for a workaround for an issue with dashboards for Citrix delivery groups in ControlUp – when tags are used for the delivery groups, it interferes with the ability to track user experience and other metrics. It is confirmed that the tags are on the Citrix side, and there is speculation that this could be a bug related to changes in the Citrix API/SDK. The issue specifically affects the ability to track Failed Connections per hour.

hey guys just wonder if someone got a workaround for this issue, i setup dashboards for citrix delivery groups so that I can show the user experience failed connections to that delivery group and a number of other things but when customers use Tags in the delivery groups it messes thing up for what i want to do
So the dashboards are in ControlUp and the tags on the Citrix side? Or is this tags in ControlUp?
Wondering if something changed in the Citrix API/SDK
tags on citrix side
Hm, that sounds like a bug imo
just to break it down there is a Delivery group with 3 desktops configured in the delivery group with servers assigned to the desktops via Citrix tags, i can’t see a way that i could do dash/ stress levels/ Alerts on the desktops using the EUC API. I know i cab do alerts and stress in other ways but things like Failed Connections per hour
