Does ControlUp Scoutbee’s Support Okta MFA?

A user asked if ControlUp Scoutbee’s supports Okta MFA with Netscaler Gateway using the EUC scout. It does not support MFA but can authenticate with Okta. Another user asked if MFA is in use and how it can be bypassed for the user used for testing.

does anyone know if scoutbee’s supports a NSGW using OKTA MFA (SAML) using the EUC scout?

We just added support for Okta SAML but you can’t use MFA with it. @member is MFA support coming?

Yes the NetScaler Gateway scout can authenticate when OKTA is used for SAML, but is not supported for MFA.
