A discussion was held to determine if an error code meant there was an issue, and it was concluded to reach out to support as the error was likely due to the lack of a metric from the Citrix Broker Service category in the Windows Standard Performance Monitor.

err generally indicates there was a problem gathering the data. Reach out to support. They can help you figure out why the metrics show error

actually. It looks like these metrics are taken from performance counters. Can you check if this performance counter works via the windows standard performance monitor?

Citrix Broker Service > Database Connected

I suspect that the Citrix Broker Service category either doesn’t exist or there is no Database Connected metric in there
