A discussion took place about the changes to the support site, and the lack of a "Create Ticket" button. It was suggested that the option is now available under the user’s profile on the top right after logging in. If not, users can still log a ticket via email. The button will be back soon. 🤫

I see the support site has been changed up a bit. Where is the CREATE TICKET button? All I found is CHAT WITH AN AGENT (which is cool!), but I just want to submit a ticket.
Hello Brian! I believe that you should see the option to create a ticket under your profile on the top right, after you log in. If you don’t see that option, please let me know. 🙂
Thanks for the feedback Brian. I’m checking with our team to see what is going on with the new ticket button.
For now, your best bet will be to log a ticket via email by sending the email to support@controlup.com
it was def there a few weeks ago when a “insider” told me of the enhancements. 😉
Don’t tell anyone, but the “button” will be back again real soon. 🤫
