Some users have reported not being able to see the WiFi AP name on macOS devices with the 2.14 agent. This issue is being addressed in the latest release of the agent, 2.14.0.1770 (RC2), and ControlUp is working on a fix before the 2.14 GA.

Anyone else seeing this on macOS devises ?
Can no longer see the WIFI AP name
I can confirm , its only users that are on the 2,14 Agent
that should be fixed in the last release, We had to do some changes as Apple removed our previous implementation of getting wifi information since 14.4 and this happened in some of the beta releases
All the users that are on 2.14 cant see the wifi AP name
correct but if they’re on 14.4 and an agent older than 2.14 you would hardly have any wifi information at all
All my devicves are on 14.5
same issue it was 14.4 and newer
What do dop to fix this ?

Ok, that’s the latest. As Wouter indicates, we are aware of a new issue related to WiFi and I think we are looking to fix that before 2.14 GA
