Troubleshooting “Disconnected from Cluster” Message in ControlUp Monitors

A user reported receiving a "disconnected from cluster" message after adding the Monitor again and was directed to check the network requirements article for ControlUp Monitors. Disconnected from cluster usually means that the monitor is not able to communicate with the coordinator over TCP 40706
