Do anyone have automation in place for Updating the dock firmware of hardware issues resulting in no need for replacement. Issues can range from peripheral hardware not working (mice, keyboards, monitors, headsets, etc) to the laptop not charging via script in ControlUp ?
Hey Drishti. I don’t think there are any specific examples.
But if the process can be automated, you could write a script for it.
